We've got some important information about our response to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic... but it's not all bad news.

I hope this finds you in good health and unaffected by recent events.

Here at Monchü, we have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 (Corona Virus) pandemic. The most important priority for us is the health and safety of our clients, suppliers, and our dedicated studio team. We do not believe it is practical or responsible to open our doors while people’s lives are at risk.

Following on from the advice and guidance shared by the World Health Organisation, the government and the local authority, I am writing to you to let you know that Monchü will be temporarily closing our Oxford office – in line with all other occupants at Makespace. I also want to also reassure you that, as far as we’re concerned, it’s business as usual.

Our staff have expressed a strong desire to support our clients and continue to work on ongoing projects remotely. Our committed team have pledged to work from home, and I am resolute to do the same. Thankfully, we run a largely a paperless business and most of our tools for design, marketing and communication are cloud-based.

While there may be some disruption to services, deadlines affected and meetings postponed – we will endeavour to be available to help as normal. You may need our help to communicate your organisation’s plans, set up the facility for remote working or just continue to run your business as usual. If this is the case, and we can help in any way – please don’t hesitate to contact us: hello@monchu.uk

I am confident that we will emerge from this unprecedented event stronger as a business and creative community.

With our best wishes for your good health,

Ryan and the Monchü Team
